To initiate a return request, please send us an email at info@leviev.com. If your return request is accepted (subject to inspection), we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the amount of an eligible refund or otherwise charged to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on custom products, gift cards, or promotional items. Additionally, any engraved, embossed, or personalized products, as well as any Product that shows any sign of wear, cannot be returned under any circumstances.
