We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with all original packaging, certificates, documentation, and tags intact. Upon receipt, all returns are subject to inspection and approval by our specialists prior to the issuance of a refund.

Custom creations, bespoke commissions, personalized jewelry, engraved items, resized rings, special orders, and international purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and may require several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Leviev reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Every Leviev creation is crafted to the highest standards of artistry and craftsmanship. We proudly stand behind our jewelry with a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones resulting from impact or accidental damage, improper care, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, theft, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond normal wear.

Any repair, resizing, or alteration performed by a third party may void this warranty.

Order Processing

In stock items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days following order verification and payment approval.

Certain creations may require additional time for sizing, preparation, quality inspection, or completion prior to shipment. Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Leviev reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order in the event of pricing inaccuracies, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other circumstances requiring review.

Complimentary Insured Shipping

All domestic orders include complimentary fully insured shipping within the United States.

Shipping methods and carriers are selected at Leviev's discretion to ensure the secure delivery of each order.

Signature Required Upon Delivery

For security purposes, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Once a shipment has been delivered to the address provided and signed for, responsibility for the item transfers to the recipient. Leviev is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

International Delivery

Leviev offers international shipping to select destinations worldwide.

International clients are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by the destination country.

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary due to customs processing and local regulations.

Delivery Restrictions

For security reasons, Leviev may be unable to ship to certain locations, including P.O. Boxes, freight forwarding services, hotels, temporary residences, or jurisdictions restricted by applicable laws and regulations.

Additional identity verification may be required for certain orders.

Shipping Delays

While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery dates, Leviev shall not be liable for delays resulting from weather conditions, carrier interruptions, customs processing, acts of government, labor disputes, natural disasters, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
